Like-minded people make a difference
The Women’s Leadership Circle was launched at The Power Within for Women November 6, 2007 at the Westin Bayshore.
One of the most popular speakers at Power Within events, Loretta LaRoche, told the WLC luncheon audience that being a part of a group like the Women’s Leadership Circle is really about what individuals can do to make a difference. "When you sit with other like-minded people – and we can use the Women’s Leadership Circle as a perfect metaphor – you start to realize that you have similar concepts and desires, and that there is nothing more empowering than making a difference."
No ‘keep out of our clubhouse’ mentality
Unlike other women’s organizations, the Women’s Leadership Circle is inclusive. Of course we wanted men involved! Just take a look at our Advisory Council list and you’ll see what we mean.

The Women’s Leadership Circle Advisory Council meets three times a year to develop ideas for strategic development of the WLC as well as select speakers, events, topics and activities that will inspire and interest WLC members.
