AN HISTORIC GATHERING

The Board of Trade’s four women chairs: Former finance minister Carole Taylor, Wendy McDonald, Jill Bodkin and new chair Sue Paish. Sue is the founding chair of The Board’s Women’s Leadership Circle^® (WLC) program which has grown to 1,900 since she first headed up the WLC Advisory Council at the launch in November, 2007.

Goal

The Vancouver Board of Trade’s Women’s Leadership Circle^® (WLC) is designed to deliver programs, speakers, topics and other events that will enable The Board of Trade be more engaged with women in the community and to help women feel more engaged with The Board.

WLC offers unique opportunities for women to be involved in the social and political issues The Board tackles, as well as outstanding relationship-building and networking activities.
